Body and facial hair – it’s one of those things you either want, or you don’t. The problem is those who want hair often have a hard time growing it, and those who don’t want hair can’t seem to get rid of it.

We’ve already talked about our solution for those who want hair, but have a hard time growing it – Alma TED – but today we’re going to talk about our solution for those who have hair, but can’t get rid of it.

It’s a laser hair removal device – and it’s called Soprano Titanium.

Launched by Alma in 2019, Soprano Titanium is Staten Island’s most effective alternative to shaving, waxing, plucking, tweezing, or whatever else you currently do to remove unwanted hairs from your body.

While those methods work, they only do so for a short period of time. Eventually, those hairs grow back.

That’s where Soprano Titanium comes into play.

By combining three innovative technologies with three unique treatment options, and five state-of-the-art applicators, Soprano Titanium can help you achieve near-permanent results in as little as six sessions.

No razor cuts. No hot wax. No skin irritation. No screeching pain. Just hair removal without the nonsense.

If this sounds like something you’re interested in, then you’ve come to the right place. We’re going to detail everything you need to know about Soprano Titanium – including what it does and how it works.

SHR, ICE, 3D: Synergetic Technologies With Superior Results

Alma Soprano Titanium is a one-of-a-kind device that effectively and comfortably removes hair across all skin types and colors. Known for its speed, efficacy, and safety, it’s everything you’ve ever wanted in a hair removal treatment – making it a popular choice among practitioners and patients across the country.

The platform brings together three innovative technologies – SHR technology, ICE Plus technology, and 3D technology. Let’s take a closer look:

  • SHR Technology. Developed by Alma Lasers, it involves gradually heating the treated area with low-fluence and high-frequency laser energy for consistent coverage with superior results.

Layman’s Terms: It’s like a low-weight, high-rep workout – more effective at increasing muscle mass, with less injury risk. In this case, it’s more effective at removing hair with reduced burn risk and irritation.

  • ICE Plus Technology. Every applicator is equipped with a sapphire tip that delivers continuous contact cooling to the treated area, which allows for a pain-free and comfortable experience.

Layman’s Terms: Maintaining the gym reference, it’s like rubbing an ice pack on your sore muscles after a workout. In this case, you’re rubbing a sapphire tip on the skin during the procedure to reduce irritation.

  • 3D Technology. It utilizes three of the most effective wavelengths (755nm, 810nm, 1064nm) simultaneously to target different tissue depths and anatomical structures in the hair follicle.

Layman’s Terms: Imagine how much more productive your workouts would be if you could do three exercises at once… That’s the idea behind 3D technology – three treatments, but just one procedure.

To sweeten the deal, the Soprano Titanium device is equipped with ‘Smart Clinic’ – a pioneering, IoT feature that offers continuous access to live data for more accurate treatment and custom results. It also has a dual connector that allows two applicators to be in use at once – which speeds up the procedure.

Ditch the Razor: Embrace the Power of SHR in 3 Unique Ways

One of Soprano Titanium’s best qualities is its versatility – and not just because of its five applicators, which we’ll discuss in just a moment. First, we want to highlight the three different ways we can use Alma Lasers’ patented SHR technology – and it all depends on what area of the body you’d like to treat.

Let’s take a closer look:

  • SHR In-Motion - involves constant movement of the applicator over the skin for fast and safe hair removal over large areas.
  • SHR STACK - involves safe, stationary, multiple-pulse delivery of energy for small areas (such as the face or bikini line).
  • HR Classic - similar to the STACK method, but this one involves stationary delivery of energy in one, singular pulse.

All five Soprano Titanium applicators are equipped with SHR technology – giving your dermatologist a variety of different ways to remove hair. Of course, that translates to a customizable and personalized experience for the patient – which further translates to more accurate, positive, and effective results.

Get Ready to Bare It All With Alma’s 5 Innovative Applicators

The Alma Soprano Titanium platform is equipped with five innovative and pioneering applicators – the TRIO 4cm2, TRIO 2cm2, Speed 810, Compact 810, and ALEX 755. They each have their own purpose, and your dermatologist will likely use a combination of them, if not all five, in the same procedure.

There are also two add-on features:

  • Facial Tip - a tiny straw-like tip that allows for easy treatment of areas that are normally hard to reach, such as the ears, nostrils, and glabella.
  • Hygienic Tip - a disposable cover that fits over the tip of the applicator, uniquely designed for the treatment of intimate areas.

Alright, Staten Island – the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Let’s take a closer look at what makes these applicators so special – that way, you can fully understand the power behind this incredible device!

1. TRIO 4cm2: The Largest & Most Advanced

The TRIO 4cm2 is the gold standard when it comes to removing hair from larger treatment areas. It features a 4cm² spot size – the largest on the platform – and utilizes all three wavelengths (755nm, 810nm, and 1064nm) at the same time. It makes the procedure quick, efficient, and convenient.

2. TRIO 2cm2: Same TRIO, Smaller Spot Size

The TRIO 2cm2 uses the same technology as the 4cm² applicator, but the only difference is the spot size – which is half the size. It’s designed to treat smaller areas (such as the neck, face, underarms, and bikini line) and features the same triple-wavelength laser as its superior. It preaches precision over speed.

3. Speed 810: More Sessions in Less the Time

Much like the applicator above, the Speed 810 device features a 2cm2 spot size (best for small treatment areas). The difference is that the Speed applicator only utilizes the 810nm wavelength – which is absorbed well by the melanin (pigment) in the skin and hair, and targets hair-producing cells for depletion.

4. Compact 810: Light, Lean, and Comfortable

Similar to the Speed device, but the Compact 810 features an even smaller spot size – this one coming in at just 1cm2 (half the size). It’s known for its ergonomic lightweight design, which makes treatment more comfortable for the practitioner and more enjoyable for the patient, while targeting the right hair follicles.

5. ALEX 755: Unleashing the Power of Diversity

The final applicator on the platform is the ALEX 755 – a diode laser that utilizes the 755nm wavelength. It works best on lightly-colored and thin hair, and is designed for skin tones I, II, and III – not so much IV or V. It’s known for its powerful absorption and is based on Alexandrite laser technology – making it unique.
